Some of my fondest memories of elementary school were riding bikes every day with Frankie Rahm. We would ride all over Wehnwood, the Campus, Juniata Gap. I believe we played Little League together for Homers Gap as well. Frank was good at most everything. Sorry for his loss, but hopeful for his eternity.
